The ULTIMATE coil is a new generation DD coil. Compared with the classic DD coils the Ultimate DD Coil has ribbed housing, specially designed for absorbing the mechanical shocks and vibrations. It’s made of special polymer, strengthened with glass fibers and has maximum UV protection. This DD coil has more stable operation, better sensitivity, pinpointing and more accurate target identification. In the field it has more stable ground and better overall field performance. This coil is light for it’s size. It weighs approximately 480g. Fully Waterproof.

Detech 15” x 12" S.E.F. Butterfly Search Coil is designed to go deeper and offer better all around performance when compared to the other “DD” coils on the market today. Better ground balancing, more stable operation, more accurate pinpointing and increased target identification are all benefits of this coil. Field Tests show this coil truly finds deeper targets.
All Detech coils are made using the highest quality materials. The housings are made of UV protected material, their inside is covered with chopped-strand material for a better shock resistance. We use resins, which are “transparent” to the electromagnetic waves, and offer perfect shielding. The coils are water proof and operate in a wide temperature range. The search coils are all equipped with an excellent fitting cover, (skid plate) and have a two year full warranty.
